Skope’s greatest asset is its people. We invest in our people so our clients can confidently invest in the built environment, knowing they’re in expert hands.
At Skope we have a team of highly professional, capable, and dedicated cost and project managers, who have an exceptional understanding of the built environment.
Investors In People is an internationally recognised standard for businesses and organisations who value their staff. Skope is proud to be an Investors in People accredited business – leading, supporting and improving its people and their wellbeing.
“It is the inclusivity that I love most”, says Jenny (Associate).
“The partners are working partners. It is different from other businesses where the partners are not always there, but at Skope we have daily contact with them, which is brilliant. They work as hard as we do.”
Led by its partners, Skope has fostered an open–door policy. Staff members are encouraged to share ideas in the interest of their clients.
Skope is proud to partner with Belfast’s Ulster University to facilitate its Higher Level Apprenticeships program, investing in Northern Ireland’s future talent. Skope Junior Quantity Surveyors Patrick Murray and Ryan Harbinson are participating in the program. While studying his Quantity Surveying Degree through the university, Patrick has gained invaluable industry experience.
“Working and studying at the same time has given me confidence in my day to day role, as I am applying what is learnt within the classroom into practice, which has helped my personal and professional growth/progression,” he says.
