Construction of a new multi–storey carpark and commercial premises together with associated infrastructure works, a grass roof and extensive soft and hard landscaping to the rear of the site. Works included the provision of a new hardwired connection from the carpark to existing university accommodation in York Street. The provision of a puffin crossing across Frederick Street is also part of the works.
