The construction of a new multi–storey Jaguar Land Rover dealership, comprising 86,000ft2 of showrooms, workshop and valeting over 4 levels, with external ground car display areas. Roof top car parking and upper levels are accessed by a ramp structure from ground to roof level. Contract works included the demolition of an existing commercial building on the new building footprint, together with dealing with contaminated material and service diversions. The project was tendered on a Two–Stage Tender Procurement process.
